If you would like to purchase an original and are in the upstate New York area, you are most definitely invited to tour Art's studio. Please call us to let us know when you'll be arriving.

Shortly after you order and pay, you will receive one or two confirmation emails:

• One from Art Poulin Studios, confirming your order was submitted.
• And if you used Paypal, one from PayPal, confirming payment was made.

Art Poulin Studios usually uses UPS Ground service, which does not deliver to APO, FPO or PO Box addresses.

• We are a working studio with both customer and publisher deadlines, but most every retail order will be shipped from the studio within a week of the order being placed.
• All paper and canvas giclees as well as originals are mailed in secure, crush-proof Yazoo (or equivalent) tubes.
• All orders will be insured to the purchase price of the painting or reproduction.
• UPS Ground Service takes 2-6 business days for items to be delivered, assuming you are not on another planet.
• Upon your order being mailed, you will receive an email from us with a tracking number.
• If you have a need to have a painting Federal Express'ed, send us an email before you place the order and we'll see what we can do.
• Please contact Art Poulin Studios if you need to ship to a location outside the United States and Canada.

Originals: Handling and Shipping will be priced individually due to insurance premiums. Please contact the studio prior to purchase.

Although we hope that all customers are 100% satisfied with every purchase, we understand damage occasionally occurs during shipment. If that occurs, it is the responsibility of the buyer to immediately notify the carrier as well as Art Poulin Studios. Under that circumstance and with prior authorization, we will replace at our expense any original or giclee reproduction after the damaged painting or print is returned.
